My design portfolio from bygone eras

I designed my first website in 1993 and by 1995, that’s pretty much all I was doing. Back in those early days, I too a lot of heat from some people for using tables for placement and slicing up photoshop images to the the fonts to look how I wanted. Those early sites definitely weren’t accessible. Very few people even considered that yet.

I share these because I want to celebrate how far we’ve come as an industry, and how far I’ve come personally in my design career. Plus, it’s just nostalgic.

And a video of my Flash portfolio!

I went ahead and converted it to video since your probably don’t have the latest Flash player installed anymore ; )
